Of the 265,000 domestic students who responded to the 2021 Student Experience Survey, 73 per cent were satisfied with their overall educational experience, compared to 69 per cent the year prior.听听
In a separate survey of international students, 67 per cent reported satisfaction with their experience in 2021 鈥 an increase from 63 per cent in 2020. 听

鈥淒espite the huge learning disruptions faced by university students through the pandemic, student satisfaction has fared well,鈥 Ms Jackson said.听
听鈥淲e know there鈥檚 more to do to return satisfaction levels back to peak pre-pandemic levels.听
鈥淯niversities are working hard to deliver the best education possible 鈥 from delivering flexible learning options for students to enhancing the in-person experience now that campuses are reopening.听听
鈥淲e want students to reach their full potential and contribute to society and the workforce as highly-skilled graduates, so it is encouraging to see levels of satisfaction with teaching quality and skills development holding up well.听听
鈥淚mportantly, students have reported good levels of satisfaction with the support they have received from their university throughout the pandemic.听听
鈥淭hese results reflect the care and dedication of university staff who have gone the extra mile to make sure students 鈥 regardless of their location 鈥 feel supported.鈥
