Immigration Minister David Coleman officially opened the Global Talent Independent program today alongside some of the country’s top entrepreneurs and scientists.

������˾�� Chief Executive Catriona Jackson said universities supported the scheme because it complements their own efforts to recruit the best minds globally.

“Australian universities are supportive of any scheme that supports Australia’s knowledge economy and enables Australia’s universities to recruit the best and brightest from around the world.”
