鈥淭EQSA was established under the Bradley era reforms and has helped strengthen the reputation of our higher education sector. It will continue to play a vital role in a new regulatory environment under the Australian Universities Accord.
鈥淯niversities are eagerly awaiting the Government鈥檚 response to the Accord final report, and we look forward to continuing to work closely and collaboratively with Dr Russell and TEQSA through this period and beyond to maintain our world-class university system.
鈥淚 want to personally thank Emeritus Professor Peter Coaldrake AO for his long and significant contribution to TEQSA and Australia鈥檚 higher education sector as Chief Commissioner.
